Mental health is being increasingly affected in today’s world. We all need to take a step back. We should assess what we are doing to keep our physical and mental well-being. We need to stay positive. We should think positively. We must do things that will keep us well-grounded. These actions will prepare us for any trials that come our way. Trials are inevitable, but with sound mental clarity and strong physical fortitude, we can overcome anything. Let’s not forget our spiritual health. This is vital in building our psychological and physical strength. Spiritual warfare does exist, and we must seek higher guidance and support. Have a sense of daily gratitude. Celebrate small wins. I have learned a few things in the last five years. One important lesson is being grateful for small mercies.
